# 1.2. Blockchain NFT land marketplace

The Unisphere has its land marketplace. We give users an opportunity to own land as NFT. 

The resident selects a plot of land on the map. Its location and shape are determined by the user's preferences. 

A plot of land is made up of 1m2 blocks and can not be less than 100 m2.

Before launching the marketplace there will be an NFT collection drop with 100 popular world places.&#x20;

The first land purchase can be made for $UNS or fiat currency. Further resale is available only for the $UNS token.
